Our check-in desks can be found in Ground Floor, International Departure Terminal. Please refer to the check in information on the departure screen for further details.

The check-in counter closes at least one hour prior to departure, thus it is imperative that you arrive to check-in for your flight ontime. Under an hour, both the flight and baggage check-in are subject to closure. The gate normally closes 20 minutes prior to departure. This could vary depending on your departure airport.

Qatar Airways staff are trained to provide quick & efficient check-in. If passengers require any special assistance to their departure gates, we will be happy to escort you to the gate. If your travel takes you through Doha, Qatar for a connection flight, you will be met by representatives to assist you with flight connections upon arrival in Doha.

Qatar Airways, like all other airlines, has a strict policy on baggage check-in. We encourage you to consult our FAQs or search button above for tips & policies. To help us ensure that your bags arrive with you, we highly recommend that each bag be labelled on the inside with your name and full address. This information should also be placed on the outside with your name and destination city. We appreciate your compliance with this request.
