Privilege Club Member Service Centre at D-Ring road is closed effective 1^st November 2009. For your convenience, there are eight alternative service locations in Doha for you to choose from. Update on lounges at the London Heathrow Airport

We would like to inform all Qatar Airways First & Business Class passengers and Privilege Club Gold & Silver members that the UA red carpet lounge will not be accessible due to the LHR airline relocation programme related to the opening of Terminal 5.
We have made some arrangements for alternative lounge accommodation. Until then, the following lounges will be available to our passengers on our four daily services:

Baggage allowance on USA routes

On our new services to New York, Washington D.C and Houston, the piece concept is applicable with passengers entitled to two pieces of checked baggage, not exceeding 23kgs each. As a result, the excess baggage allowance for Gold, Silver and Burgundy members will not be applicable.
