Privilege Club Member Service Centre has eight other centres to assist you
For your convenience, there are eight alternative service locations in Doha for you to choose from. Each location listed below can issue award tickets and assist you with all your Privilege Club queries and requests seven days a week.

Baggage allowance on our Transatlantic/Americas Flights on Qatar Airways
On our services to Transatlantic/Americas, the piece concept is applicable with passengers entitled to two pieces of checked baggage, not exceeding 23kgs each. As a result, the excess baggage allowance for Gold, Silver and Burgundy members will not be applicable.
