At the airport

Here are friendly reminders to keep in mind as you prepare to travel:

  • Keep tickets and documents handy
  • Report at check-in counter on time
  • Proceed to the security checks
  • Proceed to waiting lounges

It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. This may vary depending on your departure airport. Contact your departure airport or your local Qatar Airways office for more information.

Customers travelling First and Business Class on Qatar Airways will experience 5-star hospitality at the new Premium Terminal in Doha from the moment they walk into the terminal until they depart.
