Buses and taxis run regularly from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City to the airport. However, be wary of unofficial taxis, and ensure that your taxi is operated by either Mai Linh or Vinasun.
Hotels in the centre of the city will be happy to pre-book taxis or limousine services to the airport on your behalf. Parking for both short and long-term stays is located immediately outside the airport entrance.
Arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport
Passengers flying from Ho Chi Minh City depart from the International terminal (Terminal 2). This is a relatively new terminal and as such facilities such as check in counters, boarding areas and departure lounges are spacious, efficient and very clean. A VIP lounge is available for first and business class travellers.
