La Mesa Eco Park in the heart of the Quezon City is a well-developed sanctuary aimed at conserving the La Mesa watershed. Included in the 33 hectares are picnic areas, a salt water swimming pool, and a fishing lagoon, a mountain trail, a paintball field, a climbing wall, an Eco-museum and a camping zone.
