Here are friendly reminders to keep in mind as you prepare to travel

Check-in
Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport
It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Qatar Airways check-in counters are located at Hazrat Shahjalal International Departure hall
- Check-in Counters Open : 4 hours before departure time
- Check-in Counters Close : Economy class :- 60 minutes before departure
- Check-in Counters Close : First & Business class :- 45 minutes before departure

Premium passengers
Passengers travelling First and Business class on Qatar Airways will experience 5-star hospitality at the new Premium Terminal in Doha. This experience begins from the time you walk into the terminal until you depart.
Internet booking
Please ensure that you bring the credit card used to purchase your ticket or your credit card statement as proof of purchase. This is done for fraud protection. Failure to produce your credit card or statement might lead to you being prevented from travelling on your flight.
